What do you do if your AI team members have different skill sets?

I'm not sure why having employees with more skillsets would be considered a problem. In fact, it can be highly beneficial for the company. By assessing and maximizing their talents, we can identify their unique genius and find ways to utilize those talents to provide value to both the company and the employee. If employees are able to work from their flow state, by using their talents and doing what they love, they will produce work that comes from their most authentic place. This means there won't be much need for follow-up or corrections, as they will be doing what they excel at. I hope this is the case for our employees.

You should build an heterogenous team with various skills across: data science/ machine learning, data & ML engineers, UX/UI, project and product managers, data architects, and data analysts & visualizations, change management (among other skills).
