What do you do if your Agile team faces unexpected changes in project scope?

We can call this scope creep, This is a big problem in Agile. Agile team can take the following steps to decrease the risk: 1.Communicate with stakeholders: Inform stakeholders about the changes in scope & get their approval for scope creep to remove few stories. 2.Communication: Involve the entire team in discussions about the changes and in prioritizing & re-planning. 3.Focus: Identify the must have features that are critical to the project's success and focus on delivering those first. 4.Flexibility : Agile teams must be flexible & adaptable when dealing with scope changes. Be prepared to make adjustments to the plans 5.Monitoring: Continuously monitor progress & adjust plans as needed.
