C'est une obligation d'être dans les conséquences et les récompenses ! Il en va de la survie de l'entreprise comme pour une famille. Les sanctions doivent être également expliquées pédagogiquement pour sensibiliser, faire prendre conscience qu'un seul membre de l'équipe peu tout détruire alors que paradoxalement un seul membre ne peut pas tout construire. Les sanctions se doivent d'être collégiales pour renforcer l'esprit d'équipe. Les récompenses: La mise en exergue d'un collègue est intéressante mais ce dernier se doit de les recevoir au titre d' "Ambassadeur" de son entreprise. Les sanctions je propose collégiale ( Au niveau du projet ) en effet comment le reste de l'équipe n'est pas venue soutenir son collègue en difficulté ?
