Most companies don’t know what good WHS looks like. Utilise professional development criteria to understand the capability of WHS workers. It is also important to understand the business needs, for example, does your business manage complex technical risks requiring a WHS specialist or do you require a WHS generalist? Do you need a practitioner or professional? Knowing this will help set the budget range and capability requirements for the role.

Primeiramente tem de entender como a seguran?a n?o está trazendo resultado ao que a empresa espera. Pois, em muitas circunstancias, quando o profissional SST é bom, para empresa pode n?o ser, por entender que a seguran?a é um atraso para a produ??o, n?o generalizando. Por outro lado, se o profissional de fato está deixando a desejar, o líder do departamento tem de avaliar e dar feedback para o liderado, com intuito de melhorias em seu cotidiano diário.
