When the work I do feels balanced across helping-learning-earning, I am happy and feel fulfilled. And that fuels me. My interpretation of these 3 words: Helping others: I like to visualise people whose lives I'm positively impacting. Could be clients, customers, partners, users, teams. Learning: If I'm not learning, work becomes energy-draining. Earning is important. However, earning isn't only 'money' because depending on your life stage, you may not need cash.
