On Social Media platforms, it's very important for you to give a strong reason to someone, why he should look at your profile and why he should get connected with you. And for that to have a strong compelling profile is very important. Your introduction to people should be a strong story that lot of people can relate to. It should be real.

Update LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms to reflect your new career goals, highlighting transferable skills and achievements. Tailor summaries and experiences to align with your targeted industry, making your transition clear and compelling. If you posting about your work, the recruiters will easily find you. The algorithms also developed this way, to connect the same people so let's dive in.
