En el liderazgo de proyecto se ve muy reflejada la capacidad de administrar el proyecto, y el éxito de ello implica conocimiento de como hacerlo. Tener en cuenta las fases principales (Planeación, Ejecución, Monitoreo y control y cierre) es muy determinante, justamente donde entran mucho factores como la gestión de riesgos, controles de calidad,etc. Por lo tanto el prepararse para ser ese líder, te llevara a un nivel por encima de tus colaboradores en cuanto a la construcción y sus cualidades se refiere.
