From the items the founder mentioned as needing help with, what is your firm or fund especially good at and known for? Highlight these to the founder. Assume she will check with her contacts, so be realistic. Also, you can provide here with references from a couple portfolio companies that have done well, and also from a couple portfolio companies that have not done well. The latter is often neglected, but is an important data point on how your fund treats its portfolio companies.

The founder may have done 1 or 2 companies previously. So, you can help the founder with strategic thinking, because you have seen many scenarios and have quite a bit of data.
