Formal certificates are certainly a great way to back up your learning and demonstrate commitment, however like with any experience it is about how it is put in practice and fundamentally the impact it can make. Many of the methodologies and frameworks are aligned in various capacities, therefore it’s important to recognise that there is no one size fits all solution.

As a constant learner myself, I will always be grateful to platforms like LinkedIn Learning which did a fantastic job of providing all kinds of project management, AI and more such "need of the hour courses" almost universally accessible. Now here is the catch, it may sound to others that if an individual is posting continuous certification, it is kind of a show off. Actually, it is not the case always. I had a conversation recently with HR head of a tech company and he himself admitted that for KPI, they do look into the continuos learning aspect and even motivates employees to take such courses for growth in terms of helping financially to acquire the certification. Keep learning and keep sharing it with others ??
