Na minha experiência, o mais importante é escolher bem as pessoas às quais se dá ouvidos de fato. Pra isso, é obviamente importante ter objetivos técnicos claros e definidos e buscar mentoria em referências na área em que se deseja atuar. No entanto, a escolha de um mentor tem muito mais a ver com identifica??o e habilidades comportamentais e sociais que se deseja absorver, consciente ou inconscientemente. Em outras palavras, quem te mentora verdadeiramente é quem te inspira.

This is critical. I have around 5 mentors who have experience doing what I am trying to do/learning about. They give me amazing feedback and direction that would take me ages to figure out by myself (which is my default haha). I think also just having access to their mindset also helps change mine around what is possible. I find that also really beneficial.

I would go the other way on this. If you are doing great and inspiring things the right mentors will appear right under your nose. So my first advice would be to get noticed for doing inspiring work by the right people. Then you'll have the pick of many great mentors to choose from. You might even end up mentoring some of them!
