What do you do if you want to launch a career in Robotics and need networking advice?

After joining online communities, I recommend engaging in discussions as much as possible and finding a mentor. I also recommend being an active listener, especially if you are new to those communities. It doesn't mean avoiding participation but asking questions, paraphrasing what others say, and especially showing interest. My last two pieces of advice: Watch others who succeeded and determine what did well, and watch others who didn't do well and determine why they failed.
