What do you do if you want interactive content but need to stay on budget?

Using an LMS with inbuilt features will help you setup a proper ecosystem for your business. Like anyone who visits your portal will enter their contact details like email id and phone number, and this will be stored at the backend of your LMS which can be used for marketing, if you have inbuilt tools in your LMS, this process becomes easier, as the customer will only buy your product when they are in need of it. So it is important to keep them engaged with your messages and updates

Explore user-friendly e-learning authoring tools with affordable subscription plans or free versions. Leverage open-source software for interactive elements like quizzes, polls, and simulations. Repurpose existing content by adding interactive elements using free plugins or widgets. Collaborate with colleagues or students to create interactive content through crowdsourcing or co-creation. Prioritize simplicity and effectiveness in design to maximize impact while minimizing costs. With creativity and resourcefulness, it's possible to achieve engaging interactive content within budget constraints.

Consider 'the beginning of the journey' more important compared to 'the hunger to use completely custom designs and interactions.' Predesigned tools and interactivity are right way to start early, test the acceptance and then redevelop on the basis of learning outcomes.

Sometimes using too many tools together creates another layer of trouble: compatibility and data interaction speed issues. Use stories and creativity in the way you are doing storytelling in the Learning modules. Use tools only if you know how to integrate it's output to your original learning module application.

If your school offers a technology stack with licenses that have been cleared for data privacy you should default to those unless there is an absolute need. If you need a tool outside of that be very careful to research and select something that a) provides user privacy to protect your students b) is accessible/has a VPAT c) has good tutorials and troubleshooting resources and d) provides a benefit to them as a product they should be learning (IE: Zoom, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) or is something used by other faculty so they aren't getting overwhelmed with a ton of software they won't need outside of your class. Student privacy is absolutely critical as is accessibility and needs caring designers to ensure it is done well.

Using free or low cost tools is a good option in the beginning of your business but the difficult part is once your business scales up and when you want to bring in an upgraded paid system, the migration from the old system might be difficult and this might lead to losing business from existing clients

Utilize AI to craft compelling content that resonates effectively. Understand your audience thoroughly and tailor graphic elements such as fonts, colors, and design layouts to appeal specifically to your target demographic. What appeals to one group may not resonate with another, so customize accordingly to maximize impact.

Use AI to create content that strikes the right cord. Know your target audience well and chose the graphic elements like fonts, colors, design structures in line with likeability of your target group. Something that works for few might not be right for the other few.

Every feedback is an opportunity to get better but the real success is to know "when to stop and whose feedback is relevant." Never lose the original concept and plan on the basis of reviews as otherwise the product will become 'The Great Indian Jugaad' and that's of no use to anyone.

Take feedback from your clients and keep posting them on your social media. This will be an interactive content and also this will slowly build your brands credibility as well

Find right spots to add interactivity and chose the right balance in between interactivity, Gamification and pure learning. 5. Choose right tools 6. Create, Test and Launch 7. Get reviews, Filter them in right manner, plan for V2

Do not throw a lot of tools at what is a human social science issue. Get fresh eyes to walk through the experience you are trying to create with you and look at ways to use your existing toolkit and the course structure to open up interactive moments. Things I've found that hinder participation are things like: students not understanding the expectations, students not knowing how to use the tools, students not being given good prompts to meaningfully engage, students feeling like the activity is an afterthought and is not being engaged with by the faculty, students not feeling they have buy in or a sense of accomplishment, or the task itself doesn't flow into something that creates engagement.
