Since mostly I taught people something equivalent to beginner's journey. I would like to say that first of all, we need to master the art of communicating in simpler terms. Plenty of jargon are unfamiliar with beginner and therefore speaking to them with it create disparities. I'd like to bridge the gaps by constructing analogy, play pretend, and narration. Those stories I explained in the class do demonstrate my knowledge in creative and innovative manner. This strategy in teaching also has helped me a lot for my communication skill in any type of interview. Especially for the comprehensive STAR approach in an interview.

Yes, as we all have gone through a time during the pandemic, we started teaching online even in primary schools. This indicates how much necessary technological innovation in the education system these days is. As a technology enthusiast, being an engineer by professional degree and also an educationist by profession, I use the blend of technological advancements in my classroom such as interactive sessions online, various podcasts related to particular fields, which students can listen to any time anywhere, few webinars and virtual industrial tours can also be organised etc. Online courses can add a cherry on the top of one's education. We are preparing our students industry ready by adopting various digital innovations.

Making classes interactive and fun through the use of technology creates an environment that allows students, especially in our case, language students, to participate and practice in multiple modalities. Now, after the pandemic, it is vital to understand how to implement technology beyond joining/hosting a virtual call and sharing a screen. There are many free resources available to instructors on how to use technology in their classes, such as creating discussion boards, breakout rooms, online quizzes, flashcards, AI pictures, AI videos, et al, to incorporate into classes. By using these different resources, we’re helping students with various learning styles and ensuring retention of the information being taught.

I leverage technology extensively to enhance student engagement. I utilize online quizzes, polls, and interactive videos to make learning dynamic and accessible. Integrating built-in quizzes into instructional videos fosters active participation.

We should always develop our neurones to think in a unique way so, that it gets trained enough to take a quick & unique decision at the time needed.

The world is constantly changing, and this means that we need new strategies to prepare learners for the challenges and opportunities of the future. If asked about creativity and innovation, I would argue that unconventional teaching techniques like project-based learning, gamification, and integrating emerging technologies into the curriculum are necessary. It is also important to foster a growth mindset in students, which will encourage them to see failure as a pathway to success rather than a form of competition. Thank you.

This experience reinforces the belief in the power of creativity and adaptability in teaching, inspiring us to consistently seek innovative solutions to enhance learning experiences.Also, a teacher never stops learning so reflection and adaptation is very important as world keeps on changing.

In my opinion the question is not to impress anyone. In the teaching interview, we have to express our will with empathy, and our desire to help them by knowing their level and their ability to learn and finally find the method that best suits their case.

Just like students, teachers also need different techniques to deliver. Teaching practices are not for people who consider it as a plain traditional job. As a teacher,we also evolve with each passing academic session. Every new session brings new challenges so it is desirable to continuously bring new ideas into the classrooms. Combination of different methods and techniques adds more to the learning process. Upgradation and regular training gives insight into the latest version of schooling.
