I don't know, really. What makes (mobile) telco different from other sectors, is than the 1st question that springs to mind (as you know, I blame AI for these weird articles). Couple of tings: it is a smol world, per country only a handful companies, so beware of burning bridges. 'don't step on toes, as they may be connected to the ass you have to kiss tomorrow' is a universal nugget of wisdom, I'd argue. Having worked in this industry for 25 years, they generally pay (very) well, so think and think again whether it is realistic what you are asking. Or change industry, as I am not sure whether we will see a significant increase in salaries in this sector. ARPU has remained constant, while network infra investments keep piling up. Good luck!

Get out of that industry. 6G will be even more trivial than 5G. If money is what drives you, leave that industry for a different one.
