Today in the generation chapter about technology efficiency skills, seems that every year PV cells or windmills have better performances to enhance efficiency to obtain the RE resource and it seems match with the economy deflation concept: "wait some time to obtain better revenue, because to obtain the same unit of energy will be cheaper". But in resources analysis we confuse efficiency with Capacity Factor.
