At first, I was sceptical cause I didn’t want it to feel like a sham were people think it’s not just for optics and at the same time take it seriously so that I could learn from their perspective We ran it for a couple of months, and we got some new ideas that our interns came up with at that time and let’s just say those ideas were executed and we did close more deals :)
