Na minha área, lido diariamente com a necessidade de ser pró ativo. Diversos processos, com prazos curtos, o senso de urgência acaba sendo utilizado quase que diariamente, por mais organizado que esteja a rotina, sempre tem os imprevistos. Trabalhar com organiza??o e utilizar a tecnologia ao meu favor é o que otimiza diversos processos gerenciais.

L'écoute active pendant un entretien, une interview : un exercice de haute voltige! Entre écouter et passer ses messages clé, pas toujours évident... Au fur et à mesure des expériences, j'ai fini par "lacher du leste" : de moins en moins de préparation (seulement 1 ou 2 cibles), de plus en plus d'écoute active et de spontanéité!
