A knowledgeable person is always confident about the information he is imparting which helps him to be a reliable source of information. Apart from that, extensive reading opens the doors for vast vocabulary, logical reasoning and making accurate arguments.

I love puzzles-- not only because they are fun, but these are good workouts for your brain. Sudokus and crosswords are my top favorites. Even good ol'fashioned card and board games are great ways to challenge yourself and exercise your brain.
