First thing is to set your goal which are realistic.. you can have both short and long term goals Set time frame you would need to achive the same . You need to write it down and track.it daily

There will be no tourism in the future if you do not observe your own carbon footprint when you travel yourself. This means that first of all, as a tour-operator, you should abstain from air-travel as this produces the most CO2 emissions, together with cruise-travel. As a business, it is also wise to concentrate on local tourism, in areas that are reachable by foot, bicycle or train as investing in other modes of transportation has no future. You may think: well we eventually come up with technological solutions - and we may - but this is essentially a belief like any other beliefs. I would rather confirm to any traditional and personal belief as it is often harmless and going to church by foot or bicycle produces very little CO2.

You can create the most beautiful plan that will get you where you want to go, but if you don’t put it into action, you’re going nowhere. The best way to implement your plan is to write a list of action items in order of priority based on your evaluation of improvement in your skill levels. Once you have this list, when you look at it on a daily basis, in fact every morning, and every night to keep it fresh in your mind, then you have a good chance of making it happen. The old adage of out of sight out of mind is true. When your plan of action is out of sight, it is out of mind, and it will not happen. The great way to make your implementation speed forward is to work with an accountability partner.
