Desde mi experiencia creo que es imprescindible el aprendizaje continuo y el desarrollo de habilidades. Para ello, un curso on-line o una formación presencial creo que no son suficientes, sobretodo en el caso del desarrollo de habilidades. Es importante disponer de una teoría muy enfocada en lo imprescindible para mejorar estas habilidades, practicar continuamente y recibir feedback que permita ayudar a saber si se sigue el camino correcto de aprendizaje.
