It depends on whether I'm an attendee or spearheading a virtual meeting. If I'm an attendee, I would lightly multi-task (answer/write emails, update calendar/schedules etc). If I am spearheading a reoccurring virtual meeting, I would assess the need and length of time used during each meeting to conclude if future reoccurring meeting cadences are necessary, or not use the entire meeting time to give everyone back their time to log off.

Remember the time after first COVID-19 Lockdown, some of us had no prior experience of working from home and was forced to communicate virtually. Okay this is something I am currently dealing with so here is my take on this: -Do not take unscheduled meetings, unless there is hard core fire somewhere that you need to extinguish -Use AI to make minutes for the meeting so that you can recollect what happened in the meeting -Provide/Ask for an agenda for the meeting before hand -Set the time and the expectations from the meeting at the beginning of the meeting (or else a 20 min meeting can go on for an hour) -Take a deep breath and Prioritize, Prioritize and Prioritize
