Let's get people used to talking about opportunities to do better. * Set a good example by getting feedback from staff on your approach, and being curious instead of defensive when that information is expressed. * Reinforce safety as a prerequisite. Continuous feedback shouldn't be a punishment, it should be an investment in growth. * Develop language that makes the topic objectively easier to navigate. This will give clear cues to shift into curiosity and active listening.
