I think of technology as a tool to help get the job done. Trying not to let it manage me, I try to find the best uses for it and to keep learning about features and additional uses. It is definitely good to keep taking classes and reading about how technology can enhance our work.

In order to ensure teams adopt technology, it is important that the new technology which is adopted makes the teams job easier than what it was earlier. Most technology adoption fails when as Management we consider that we should adopt technology which will make life easy for everyone else but the User. Therefore all technology adoption has to focus on ensuring that User's life is made easier. If this is done life adoption is seamless.
