Conflict is a normal part of working together. Expect it and deal with it. To ignore and it grows. There is an old axion in management about teams and it goes like this: Forming, Storming, Norming and Performing. The best teams go through all of these and survive - then thrive. To get there: 1. Identify a clear mission for the group and write it down at the top of each digital document, especially the Meeting Agenda. 2. Have a Meeting Agenda every meeting. See if there are any additional topics to be added at the beginning of the meeting and revise appropriately. 3. Create a list of rules everyone has agreed upon and have them on the wall for every meeting. People can refer to the list whenever they feel the rules are not followed.
