I recommend an in-depth analysis of the nature of the impact: - where is it coming from - in what ways is it impacting your career, and to what degree - what are the causes/effects of each - who in your network is feeling the negative effects - who in your network can you leverage on your behalf - are there options you can deploy (technology, hybrid, travel...) Only you can take this information and stack/rank the information based on what is most important to you.

Start with clear career goals. A few questions to explore: What about the remote working environment is uniquely helpful, what is hindering? Can you break that down further to notice what about working remotely at your existing company is helpful or hindering? Make note of the gaps. Do the gaps that further your goals also further those of the company? If Yes, seek out internal people who already perform at the level you would like to someday. Offer help, ask to sit in on meetings above your level to listen, learn and gain exposure, ask them which professional events they attend and join. If No, seek out external people, groups, or nonprofits where you can offer your help in a way that continues to build out the skillset you're looking for.
