This helps me approach the discussion more positively, with a mindset focused on listening and learning. Listen carefully and ask questions to truly understand the customer’s feedback. During this process, focus solely on listening, without trying to explain or prove anything. This is like an information-gathering stage. I strive to collect as much information as possible to fully understand the reasons and the aspects that may have caused the customer's dissatisfaction

Quand je re?ois un retour négatif, je prends le temps d'écouter attentivement. Cela me permet de comprendre les préoccupations sans préjugés. J’essaie de voir au-delà du ton du feedback pour saisir les points concrets qui pourraient être améliorés dans ma conception. Il ne faut surtout pas prendre ses aspectes personnellement sinon nous n'aurons pas une réponse adaptée.

J'applique les changements nécessaires en suivant le plan établi. Je m'assure que chaque modification est bien testée avant de finaliser la mise à jour de la conception de la base de données.
