If the Patient &/or Patient party does not subscribe to or agree with the treatment plans, a doctor would have no way to force the said treatment process. In such circumstances, Doctor/Hospital authority should discharge the Patient. If the Patient leaves without permission, record the incidence in the LAMA (Left Against Medical Advice) /DAMA ( Discharged Against Medical Advice), as the case may be.
