This script might change as your platform changes, so the first few times it might help to have bullets on what to show until you don't need to think about it.

I'll usually start by saying something like "We have 30 minutes to go through the product; I have a few things I want to show you but this is your time - if you see something that you want to look at in more detail, stop me and we'll take a closer look, and if I'm boring you, tell me that too and we'll move on." It's also a good idea to know going into a demo what is most important to the prospect so you can emphasize things that they'll find relevant.

In such cases when the customers haven't any access to validate the product's demo at present, the best idea could be showcasing the approved statistics, certificates, tests, and any other information published by the mutually trusted organization to gain the customer's trust. The only matter is to avoid overusing statistics and confusing customers.

Problem-Solution Approach: This strategy also highlights the problem-solution approach. By demonstrating through actual instances how your product can address specific problems, it makes the benefits of your product clear to potential customers. 3. Validation: Real-world use cases provide validation for your product's effectiveness. They serve as tangible evidence of your product's worth and can boost reliability and trust in your product.

Preparation is key when using case scenarios in order to be impactful. Know the industry, the common pain points, as well as the roles of all attendees. When talking about the use case, tell it like a story. Use fictional names to develop characters that act like your prospects would so that they'll care about them and connect your solution to alleviating your characters' challenges. Bonus points if you can reference a different prospect that you previously demoed to that had the same challenges and how your solution was able to help them. Describe their use case and point out similarities and differences to the prospect you're talking to. The prospect will feel heard and encouraged.

from my point of view, this is important for a positive follow-up. i have had the best experience of making a summary directly after the presentation and giving them a task for the coming days. This makes the follow-up a week later much easier and the customer remembers more points.

Be willing to adjust. Don't lock up, and don't triple down. Read the room. It might be okay to reload this segment once, but twice is pushing a level of patience you might not have earned. Lucky for us, most people understand that technology has hiccups. Acknowledge the tech issue, add some humor to the situation, and continue your demo. Remember, you are not the first or last person to contact technical support today!
