En el sector del software tenemos más que claro que las metodologías ágiles y las springs o las peque?as mini metas mejor dicho el segregar una gran meta o unos gran objetivos en peque?as mini metas y peque?os estadios a cumplir testear y perfilar hemos entendido que es de lo más eficaz y más susceptible en accesibilidad y flexibilidad, sin embargo esta segregación de métodos ágiles en mini metas o springs no se puede aplicar porque sí sin ningún tipo de criterio o rigor ya que va a ser diferente los desarrollos y mantenimientos que se van a hacer para LTS o proyectos de larga duración frente a migraciones puntuales en digitalización de procesos o para campa?as temporales.

Haciendo referencia a lo comentado con anterioridad el tener un conocimiento más transversal del producto o servicio en diferentes niveles desde un junior a un CTO, sénior o PM, permite que posiciones aunque más simples y básicas como los Juniors que solamente se dedican a atajar las tareas propuestas o perfiles más intermedios que saben jerarquizar la prioridad pero no anticiparse a errores latentes, tendrán un target mucho más acertado si entienden el porqué de las tareas y cuál es su objetivo final, eso también lo he podido comprobar mucho cuando se tocaba que no afronten en ciertas aplicaciones tanto backoffice como front Office, el cómo se procesa el dato lo tenía mucho más claro perfiles Backender; pero la casuística los front.

Actualmente en el siglo 21 todo lo que no es medible no es controlable y el no controlar y dejarse fluir dentro del ámbito personal me parece una decisión muy acertada en ciertos momentos pero en el ámbito laboral es la jungla es perderse en el bosque y no volver a encontrarse, nuestra forma de actuar por lo general para estimar tareas y recursos dentro de una manera más jerarquizada y organizada en los equipos sería en estadios primordiales e importantes del desarrollo hacer daily Weekly hacer un repaso general sobre las necesidades del sprint con el equipo, segregación de backlogs y work flows subdividiendo en tareas.

Continuando con el flujo de trabajo del anterior comentario y en relación a este punto: Uno al principio las organiza creyendo cuál va a ser la más adecuada para que perfil, pero permitiendo una comunicación fluida entre el equipo ellos se pueden manejar mejor, y cuando a lo largo del día a día surge alguna duda se resuelven con cliente.

Cuando utilizas software y soluciones informáticas para el desarrollo de software en consultoras tecnológicas sueles encontrarte con planificadores de tiempo controladores de estadios de springs gestionándoles de documentos o controladores de versiones entre otros al principio a la hora de formar un equipo suele costar y tienen sus tirones o reticencias y es bastante lento acaba siendo contraproducente los primeros meses ya que le dedicas más tiempo y esfuerzo algo que podrías hacer de manera más cómoda y ligera solo, sin embargo todo desarrollador sabe que 1 trabaja al principio para dejar de trabajar al final, y el crear una comunicación fluida y un buen flujo colaborativo es esencial en este sector. Uno no sabe de todo en esta vida.
