Para identificar as tarefas , iniciamos com um kick off do projeto junto aos responsáveis por cada utilidades , definido prioridades, bem como metas , seguir as normas vigentes , quanto a protótipos e ensaios pode ser feito nesta fase , mas vejo este item mais no momento efetivo de desenvolvimento. Os responsáveis pelas tarefas dever?o elaborar cronogramas, diligenciamentos das atividades , e abastecer os demais projetos
