Sometimes, the question is purposely vague to see through your reasoning. At other times, there is some addendum to the main answer. An interviewer will judge if the candidate is trying to run through the clock. Be concise, but if your aren’t sure if your answer reflects what is being asked - you can end with a question if your answer is satisfactory enough
