I learnt about its features, including a tool for recording steps, only to discover later that it wasn't included in my version - surprise! ?Out of curiosity and seeing a common need, I took SAP courses on e-learning platforms. No hands-on practice, but my knowledge of other ERPs made it worthwhile. ?Nostalgically, I took JDE courses, on the web. Well designed! ?For AX certification, I used Microsoft's learning materials, which included hands-on labs. With determination you can learn any ERP - many resources are free.

I think the knowledge base is very important first, so enrolling in courses and applying for some ERP certifications are valuable steps. If possible, look for a mentor with ERP experience who can guide you and provide feedback based on their experience. And never stop learning, stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the ERP field.
