Devemos considerar que é possível que nem o palestrante, nem os ouvintes s?o nativos no idioma utilizado. Nesse sentido, uma sugest?o é o uso de imagens e palavras escritas, que possam auxiliar na compreens?o da mensagem. Também, deve-se falar pausadamente. Por que n?o perguntar se os ouvintes est?o compreendendo em alguns momentos da fala e, se for necessário, explicar novamente antes de seguir?
