This will again build on the trust you have within your community and, in some cases, improve your strategic outlook. When donors feel left out or are not told the whole story for the pivoting, the organization can face even more difficult conversations. Many times, "change" comes with a negative connotation; this does not have to be the case here and instead can be a moment of growth and a future positive outlook.
