En el trabajo, mientras busco un documento, puedo escuchar al alumnado cómo les va en otras asignaturas o con diversos miembros del profesorado. Algunas veces, me preguntan sobre las guías o las rúbricas en general o sobre cómo se podría arreglar algún posible conflicto. Entonces, simulamos que podría ocurrir en una asignatura específica y cómo arreglarlo. En ocasiones, puede tratarse de un profesorado con poca experiencia, que piensa que su facilidad para conseguir determinadas competencias ha de tenerlas todo el alumnado instantáneamente. En otras, la carga de trabajo es muy superior a los ECTS contemplados o sus exposiciones parecen improvisadas y no con un orden previo. Discretamente, indago sobre ello e intento ayudar en su resolución.

Los centros de EEAASS no solemos tener mucha ayuda de la Administración, salvo cursos on line. En ocasiones nosotros mismos creamos talleres o grupos de trabajo para mejorar determinadas carencias. Otras veces, identificado un problema en concreto, personalmente y en una conversación "casual" con algún/a compa?ero/a, me ofrezco a ayudarle si manifiesta que así lo desea. Si el problema es mayor, se trata en una reunión de departamento, intentando apoyar determinadas actuaciones que mejoren el diálogo entre los implicados o dando ideas para una mejor adaptación didáctica, que permita adquirir los conocimientos progresivamente. Otras veces el problema es la actitud, pues el profesorado parte de un determinado nivel y hay que concienciarle.

La evaluación periódica con respecto al alumnado da lugar a una autorreflexión y a la autocrítica. Una vez visto un tema se pueden realizar determinadas preguntas orales o escritas para comprobar el nivel de asimilación de los conceptos o proponer la exposición y defensa de trabajos en grupo sobre determinadas áreas que permita la cohesión del alumnado y la facilidad y fluidez en la comunicación verbal. Otro aspecto es solicitar al resto de alumnado que realice una crítica constructiva sobre los compa?eros/as que han expuesto. Esto consigue ver el trabajo desde diversos puntos de vista, además de los que pueda, posteriormente, aportar el profesorado. Si las aportaciones son bastantes el grupo debe adjuntar un resumen o mejora del trabajo.

So to build an educational system we shall work on these three purposes of education; 1. Emphasis on the improvement in Natural abilities gifted by God Al Mighty to a human being and not focus only on employment model for being corporate slaves. They should learn Entrepreneurship from school and all the way to university to unlock their full potential as a human. 2. Build a character, full of moral and ecological values which ensures transparency, integrity and justice in their conduct and do their own accounability on regular basis. 3. Helps them to understand the true purpose of life.
