En las investigaciones de Historia ocurre a menudo encontrar testimonios opuestos o aparentemente opuestos, algunos pueden ir en contra de tu propia moral, pero debes analizarlos con calma y tratando de comprender desde todas las perspectivas posibles todas las razones de esos testimonios, que no es lo mismo que compartirlas o empatizar. Recuerda además que es el resto de testimonios y su contraste entre ellos los que te aproximarán mejor a una respuesta más acertada a la hora de crear la síntesis de tu investigación.

Cómo llevar información compleja en una entrevista. -Mantener la calma. -Abrir el espacio para que la persona pueda expresar sus pensamientos y emociones con respecto al tema. -Después abrir un espacio para poder guíar a la persona entrevistada fuera del lugar de fragilidad que se puso al comentarte estos datos. Una vez en una entrevista a una víctima de conflicto armado en Colombia, la entrevistada me comento como habián asesinado a su padre. En el momento no contaba con mucha experiencia para guíar a la entrevistada fuera de la emoción de desesperaza, sin embargo poder empatizar con sus emociones, y darle un espacio de escucha me permitío finalizar la entrevista sin empeorar la situación de la entrevistada.
