What do you do if candidates and hiring managers aren't collaborating effectively?

I had the experience of this situation First, talk about the common values of the organization with each person Then we review the commonality of these values in a meeting I say the goals and emphasize that achieving the goals will be done through cooperation and resolving disputes. I'm not saying you don't have a problem, but I'm saying let's solve the problem

In my Experience as a Talent acquisition , I faced a lot of challenges like some hiring managers and Candidates who were not able to take this opportunities seriously, sometimes it’s internally because some organizations doesn’t provide the best candidates Experience, in my opinion i believe those things could be helpful: 1- identify the issues : if it’s from The Employment branding process, or the hiring managers. 2- improve the communications and guidance : as a talent acquisition you should know that your responsibility to deliver the value of Candidate Experience internally and Externally to be effective. 3-feedback loop : developing some feedback solutions for both candidates and Hiring managers and create some deadlines internally.

Ensure that both parties understand what is expected of them and how they can contribute to a successful outcome. Sometimes the expectation of the hiring manager could also be off & that is when it is important to logically communicate in order for them to understand the reality. If you judge a fish by its ability to climb a mountain, the fish will never succeed.
