If you are not getting any interviews from your resume, you should work on revising the resume to explain the value that you delivered in your current and past roles. Don't just say--"Involved in our group transitioning to agile". Make it more dynamic to express your part in the transition--"Lead the move to agile in software engineering by facilitating the refinement sessions between the team and product. Within 1 week, we created a backlog equivalent to approximately 4 weeks worth of work and reinforced agile concepts to the scrum team members." Also check for the key words specifically in the job postings that you are replying to. If you do not have those key words, you will probably not pass the initial resume screening.

Always end your interviews by asking for feedback. A developer can always appear for the same interview by preparing and enhancing technical skills. But for a scrum master role, with the topics discussed being behavioural, a second attempt is very often unlikely. Hence by asking for feedback, you would get to know of your strengths and weaknesses which narrows down your area of expertise boosting your confidence in the forthcoming interviews.

There is no end to learning and enhancing your skills. There are a lot of blogs, articles and YouTube videos which provide Agile related content in abundance. Look out for content that talks about Scrum master and top management interviews. Communication is the key. Always keep your answers precise and follow the STAR (situation, task, action, result) to answer scenario based questions.
