Oftentimes, big corps fall into the trap of having an overly "professional" tone of voice which can put people off. For instance if a marketing email reads too stiff or hostile when it lands in my inbox, I'll delete it. In every industry, no matter the subject, product or service, remember that there's a human reading at the other end. Be relatable, not robotic - that's what AI is for!
