This I could foresee in the near future. SDV era with V2X infra is still a vision and will take time to come to mass reality.

Unlike gasoline fueling, which requires a large space to safely move flammable fuel from the storage tank to the car, electricity is everywhere and we have long since figured out how to safely move it in close proximity to people. Yes, it takes longer to charge a car than to fill a gas tank, but that time-spend is not the customer experience that matters; it's in the initialization of the charging/fueling and paying for it. With gas, I need to keep pumping. With electricity, I can plug in and walk away. Why not tell me, in my EV's infotainment screen, what's going on nearby, what's unique about this community, where to grab a bite?
