Todo dependerá si existe un puesto de trabajo, es decir, una estación de trabajo y el tipo de labor. Por ejemplo si estamos trabajando en una remodelación necesitaremos un compresor ligero. De 6 a 12 litros: ideal para trabajar con herramientas neumáticas ligeras. Facilidad para ser desplazadas en el lugar de trabajo. de 25 litros: ideal para trabajos de pintura, peque?as herramientas neumáticas o inflado, así como el mantenimiento de la presión de las ruedas. de 50 litros: ideales para trabajar con herramientas neumáticas, pintar con diversos elementos, inflar. Industriales: ya pensar en grande y según el tipo de tarea que dependerá del proceso y esto es infinito. Si pensamos en estaciones de trabajo podríamos pensar en que es mejor.

To me, these items are more properly addressed by facilities managers. IE’s are often pulled into areas that are outside their normal purview. That said - if you specify some new tools or equipment which consume compressed air, then be sure to bring that data to your facility manager - and make these choices.

Today, I'll discuss the selection of rotary compressors, but these considerations should be relevant for choosing other compressor types as well. Selecting the best miniature DC compressor involves considering size, cooling capacity, power consumption, voltage compatibility, noise level, reliability, vibration, control options, price, and environmental suitability. Ensure the compressor fits within space constraints, provides adequate cooling, matches power supply, operates quietly, offers durability, minimizes vibration, and offers precise control.

Operating conditions include various factors like uniformity of laod, loading frequency, operating / running hours, operators eligibility and ability to troubleshoot, anlayze sudden variations etc. The secondary conditions include the delivery period and edxtent of originality of the spares/ accessories and criticality of the accessories. The above criteria for selection results in running a maintenance department in a lean and mean budget
