Communication is always what resonates with the recipient. That's all that counts. Both the spoken and written word are potentially interpreted a little differently by everyone. The best way to check if the right message has arrived is for the recipient to repeat the content of the message in their own words. In this way, the sender can check whether he can transmit his view of the thing, or not....

Additionally, being mindful of when and how you communicate, ensuring it aligns with the right timing and pace.

Creo que lo mejor hoy en día es dar una información general del proyecto y centrar la explicación en cada paso de ese proyecto y dando explicación detallada a cada miembro de sus labores. La prepotencia, el que te digan a ti no te pagan por pensar solo por obedecer....no escuchar las opiniones de los empleados no delegar.... Son problemas... Aquí en Espa?a hay un dicho que dice así... Cuatro ojos ven más que dos ... Siempre va a ver gente que vea fallos que tú no ves ... La importancia de escuchar todas las opiniones ayuda a resolver incidencias antes de que ocurran. Saber escuchar y dialogar es lo más importante siempre. Entre todos se resuelve mejor y más rápido.

Negative feedback lets you know what you're doing wrong, or not doing correctly. It can be used as a constructive tool to improve the task at hand. On the flip side of that, positive feedback lets you know that you are doing a good job and everyone likes to know they're performing well!

I also create a safe team environment where everyone feels safe and free to share their ideas without fearing being judged.

Many times, I have found that teams focus a lot of energy and detail on what their objectives are. However, often there is not any dialogue about what are NOT objectives. Sometimes it is this flip side of the discussion that lends true clarity to the tasks at hand.

Air-tight documentation, or SoW statement of work, must capture every inch of the design, 4. Capturing changes in decisions, with the reason, 5. Listen intently to what’s being said, and confirm your understanding, 6. Update all stakeholders, which always helps, 7. Explain using good visual mediums-drawings, sketches, etc 8. Seek feedback, capture, and circulate to prevent misunderstandings.
