Analyzing individual TvsA against the overall, spotting outliers, and identifying top performers in sales data was key. This hands-on approach was instrumental in understanding our operations. It enabled me to initiate meaningful discussions with team members, guiding them effectively and sharing what worked well for others. Observing daily metrics like attendance also offered insights into the team's morale, proving crucial for effective leadership in business operations.
