One thing I've found helpful is that proper research keeps you grounded and connected to reality. Creativity is great, but sometimes one's ideas, albeit innovative, could be so out of touch that the audience may not relate to them the way they should.

Gut feeling is your friend only when it is backed my market and culture research. I have observed many ideas that sounded great within the meeting rooms fall flat when they went out to the market. The golden rule of thumb should be - if you have a gut feeling, back it up with research at the inception of any project.

Para mi, liderar es mucho más que dar órdenes es hacer sentir bien a las personas que trabajan contigo y si no puedes dar una opinión constructiva no estás liderando correctamente a tu equipo, no se puede olvidar que todos empezamos desde un mismo punto y como líderes debemos educar y llevar a nuestro equipo a crecer profesionalmente y también personalmente para que en un futuro ellos sean unos buenos líderes también.

Tomo como exemplo a cena de “A cor escarlate” onde vemos duas atrizes incríveis andando em um campo florido dramatizando uma das cenas mais bem produzidas da história cinematográfica, Apenas o Artista, uma Camera e um Campo.é claro que n?o foram apenas esses elementos os responsáveis pela cena, porém, o impacto e a percep??o de quem consome o conteúdo foi exatamente esse, é nesse ponto que considero a arte ter alcan?ado seu propósito, quando n?o consigo esquecer os minutos que passei apreciando a obra, e me pergunto como conseguiram produzir algo t?o grande e ao mesmo tempo t?o simples. A ciência responsável pela estratégia de encantamento, quando bem utilizada, excede em muito a necessidade de super efeitos ou edi??es!

La plus grosse erreur est de vouloir se faire passer ou ressembler à ce qu'on n'est pas, parce que c'est beau, ?a fait bien, ?a fait plaisir ou c'est tendance. Never give art (the object itself) for free. The street works/fresco/donation can b noble thing but to survive in creative space, the artist needs reward and appreciation.

I think Art Direction puts you into a position where you direct people left and right according to your artistic selfishness. AD often do not know how to recreate scenes from a photographer of videographer standpoint and so you end up desiring things your lads would be hating. Lots of AD just shows pictures of other people’s work, as “reference” and say “let’s do this”. Yo… I know it’s like the best way to direct but True Art Directors are crazy people with crazy ideas and truly impressive vision that does anything to bring “talents” together. So let’s not become Hitler and boss people too much, but rather “bring” talents together.
