What challenges do you face when implementing product lifecycle management in Sustainable Design projects?

By far the greatest challenge in designing for sustainability is in collecting Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) data from suppliers of components used in the products being designed and manufactured. Thankfully, many Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) software providers are working on various solutions and data standards to make that process far easier, accurate and reliable. This is especially important in the EU where the Digital Product Passport (DPP) requirements become effective in 2026. The question is stated incorrectly. What project are you talking about. If that is anything else then architecture, it needs to be more specific. If you have on your mind an architecture then it needs to be done all to match architecture requirements. Again, it needs to go back to definition of architecture. And then we are coming back to the statement: you can know what to do, you can know how to do it, but this does not mean that it can work out. To be an architect it’s not enough to want to be one. For that one must have innate abilities.
