If any drastic changes are needed to avoid future mishap anticipated on account of environmental or geographical changes/site conditions or due to inadequacy in design or layout etc observed, it should be brought to the notice of top management and modification/corrective action must be taken without any hesitation.If any additional expenditure is required to modify any design/layout etc.required to ensure estimated life & smooth run of the project due to aforesaid reasons,it should be taken after due approval of competent authority.
