Then I identify roles, activities and critical paths and provide comments for improvement and correction if necessary. ? Now we have a fairly accurate breakdown structure, respecting the framework of the project's scope and objectives. Here, we can consider the right relationships and paths for referring and doing things.

There are many Project Management techniques, software and methods available. But it is difficult to deploy them for every project and utilise them in efficient ways to get the desired outcome because of resources, funds and time constraints. Based on my experience if organisations work on preparing a checklist for each process and keep improving them based on lessons learnt from completed projects, it can save lots of rework, bring notable improvement in execution of projects. Existen procesos q utilizan el área de dise?o q no va con la necesidad real en obra, por ejemplo en estos proyectos de mantenimiento de carreteras, dónde si ingresas parámetros muy altos, no estás considerando actividades q son importantes para cumplir con el alcance del proyecto, perjudicando al contratista a la hora de ejecutar y q muchas veces no se toco en la absoluto de consultas, pero si en pleno proceso constructivo. Las autoridades deben ser justas para el reconocimiento de estás actividades y hacer q fluya el proyecto, y no esperar q el contratista actúe por medio de arbitrajes, que perjudican considerablemente el proyecto. Recomendaríamos q el proyectista camine la carretera a intervenir para ingresar parámetros adecuados.

So, in my opinion, it is important to have a good team of every phase engineers who will work on synchronization of phases. They need to have consant communication with every engineer who works on a single phase. It's mostly lack of communication, coordination, collaboration, between departments mainly such as civil, architecture, mechanical and electrical within the designer team. After that, when it continues to reflect on during construction phase and not caught and resolved by construction, design and supervision teams, the challenge brings an increasing risk of conflict and negative impact on the project.

QM... Schwieriges Thema. Ich habe die Erfahrung gemacht, dass s?mtliche QM-Pl?ne und Ideen nichts nützen, wenn sie nicht durchgehend angewendet werden. Gerade wenn neue Personen in eure Strukturen hinein kommen ist es schwierig diese dahingehend zu sensibilisieren. Ich habe da einen anderen Ansatz: Versuche den Personen nicht nur einfach den QM-Plan vor die Nase zu setzen, sondern ihnen zu erkl?ren, warum man mit welcher Ma?nahme eine h?here Qualit?t und dadurch weniger Probleme im sp?teren Projektverlauf hat. In dem Moment, wenn die zu schulende Person die Notwendigkeit einer ersten Ma?nahme erkannt hat wird sie sich automatisch mit dem Rest besch?ftigen und das dann auch anwenden. Das Ziel ist also mal den ersten Schritt zu tun.

The employees should all have the same level of training, but lets face it, when you are in the trenches so to speak, its easy to miss something, forget something… Thats why one (minimum) employee should be solely responsible for checking, adjusting, or coming up with a clear plan that the employees can follow before they begin their day/phase.
