In the past, I stayed in the distance and lost lot's of money, due to fear. I didn't communicate my worth, such as salary package, that comes with my education, and experience. But, now, I am more season employees and, I have learned to speak up for myself. I can argue on my case like a lawyer arguing for their clients. Any performance or merit that's is not correct, I will rebuttals their objectives into a subjection, leading into a proper Media
