Then, define clear-cut goals; the goals should be inspired by something other than random social media or news; there should be your internal motivation, or else it would be hard to chase and work on a day-to-day basis. So I highly recommended to choose one matric at a time.

Widen your scope and horizon with live knowledge being passed on in front of you. Ask for support and feedback from all connections and note Unlearning is as important as learning.

In my opinion feedback will always be important, but I believe it's necessary to focus those comments on people who can truly contribute significantly. In that vein, I think that the members of your team, and the client/users will be the most relevant.
