Definitely we are in digital era, but most of the time people dont feel confident or secure to share feedback digitally, irrespective of it can be claimed that it is anonymous. Hence i recommend to have also an offline channel such as letter box in every conference room (which is not much exposed to public but also if someone goes inside, it wont look different) where anyone can drop their thought without much hesitation
